Thank you for dining with BiteSettle. We take pride in the quality of both our food and service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

All returns must be requested within 24 hours of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Online Purchases

For orders placed online via bitesettle.sbs, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if you wish to return or exchange any items. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the online return or exchange process.

Miscellaneous

Gift cards, perishable goods such as food, beverages, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

BiteSettle reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued patronage of BiteSettle, following any such changes, constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
