From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'BiteSettle originated from a quaint vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our little pizzeria began as a humble family-owned shop featuring time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our brand, mastered pizza crafting on her Italian sojourns, taking lessons from renowned pizza maestros in Naples, the cradle of pizza. With aspirations to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience in the UK, she insisted on using age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.
Starting as a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats, it's since become a cherished community fixture. Despite our growth, the pledge to excellence and realness stands firm. We still employ the classic wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and use the best ingredients available.
With family at its core, 'BiteSettle is still owned and run by the Rossi lineage, with the family's second generation now steering our fervent staff. While we've adopted a few new technologies, the essence of our business is unchanged: we make satisfying, authentic pizza that unites our patrons.
